Questions families ask.

Clear, honest answers to help you make a confident decision.

Choosing a care home

Kebfort Healthcare is built from a deeply personal understanding of compassionate care. Our focus is dignity, warmth, individuality and professional support in a safe, homely environment.

We use person-centred care plans, safeguarding procedures, trained care professionals, open family communication and regular reviews to support each resident safely and respectfully.

Care needs

Care plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted as needs evolve, with families involved and informed throughout the process.

Trust & compliance

Our CQC registration is currently in progress. We are working closely with the CQC to complete the process and will display our registration details and inspection rating once they are available.

Care planning

We take time to understand each resident's needs, routines, preferences, health requirements and life story, then create a plan that is reviewed and adjusted as needs change.

Costs

Fees and inclusions are discussed clearly during enquiry and assessment, so families understand what is covered before making any decision.

Families

Yes. Family connection matters, and our home includes private family rooms and comfortable spaces for peaceful, meaningful visits.

We believe communication builds trust. Families receive updates and can raise questions or concerns with the team whenever they need reassurance.

Daily life

Residents can enjoy freshly prepared meals in our spacious dining room, with dietary, cultural and personal preferences discussed as part of the care planning process.

Daily life is shaped around residents' interests, comfort and abilities, with opportunities for companionship, gentle activity, time outdoors and meaningful routines.

Facilities

Yes. Residents are encouraged to make their private bedrooms feel familiar, comfortable and personal wherever this can be done safely.
